Circles reflect cumulative verified personal gifts to this Annual Fund Drive. Employer matches count toward our fundraising goal and are excluded from personal recognition levels. Names remain visible for 12 months from publication unless permission is withdrawn sooner.

Your gift is welcome whether you choose recognition or remain private. This separate form lets you tell us which name you want acknowledged. We verify your personal gifts and permission before approving publication.
Giving in honor of a family member remains a private dedication with your gift. The recognition form is for acknowledging the donor. Company names and logos require separate corporate permission.
